Zitat
You won’t need Windows 10 to play the Steam versions. Windows 7 is supported, Windows 8 is being looked at.
Windows Store and Steam players will be able to play together.
    Mod support is a possibility.
FOV and uncapped frame rates are being planned.
Multiple aspect ratios supported. No word on custom ratio support.
No season passes or microtransactions planned.
The games will have anti-cheat systems for online play.
    New cosmetic customization
Probably no PC-to-Xbox cross-platform play at launch (so far!)
There are currently no plans to bring Halo 5 to PC.
Split-screen multiplayer may not make it.
Halo: ODST’s Firefight horde/arena mode is “something the team will continue to evaluate for the future”, so probably not making launch. Reach’s Firefight is in, though.
On Xbox Play Anywhere is not available but might come eventually.

They wrote a script for Lord of the Rings and ended up having to perform it with finger puppets. A game that fails due to overambition is still better than a game that fails because it's beep-boop committee-designed sludge coughed out by a corporation staffed by robots. At least ambition implies that you have some kind of soul, rather than a CPU with fistfuls of money stuffed into it.

Quelle: Eurogamer.net: 343 explains why Halo: Reach Forge and Theater are available for Xbox One at launch but will come later for PC.
